On the day of the Peacewave Festival, April 6th 2026 seas of lights, fires, and candles are lit worldwide to promote tolerance, environmental protection, and world peace. These events are organized by individuals, Indigenous peoples, and religious and secular organizations. We would be delighted if you participated in a light action in your region or organized one yourself and registered on the startsite so we can list you on our website. A lot of people just light a candle at home – this is very easy.

With this joint prayer, we are setting a powerful global intention for peace. We are creating a movement that will spread like a wave around the entire world and continue to have an impact long after this day.
